Andy Remy/Ron Veno Founders Award The American Kneeboard Association Board of Directors has selected President Kenny Stuart as the 2008-2009 recepient. This award is regarded as the highest award that can be bestowed on a director. The recepient is chosen by the board of directors and can be a past or present director. CONGRATULATIONS KENNY STUART! |

ATHLETES OF THE YEAR 2008-2009
The American Kneeboard Association honored A'lisa Piper (Female Athlete of the Year) and Mark Ritchhart (Male Athlete of the Year). Piper won the Florida State Open Women slalom, tricks, freestyle and flip out titles, as well as the Open Women national slalom, tricks and freestyle titles. It is the second consecutive year she has swept titles at the respective events. Ritchhart was the 2008 Open Men national slalom, flip out and overall champion. He has now won 25 national kneeboard titles, including two consecutive Open Men overall titles and nine consecutive Open Men slalom titles. |
